Ana Tantaros began Side A Photography in 2013 as a result of a year-long creative project of self-discovery. Joining the Baltimore photography scene changed the path of her career and her life. Photography was Ana's way of merging her passion for art and social connection - giving her life true meaning and purpose.
Side A Photography is named after the cassette tape in which songs are collected and merged together into one mix, as a way to signify a time or celebrate a theme. In the same way, Side A strives to capture meaningful moments and compose them so that they can be replayed - and relived - over and over again.
